• Keep the product, packaging, invoice, and delivery materials available until the request is resolved.

Conditions

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Perishable, opened, or used products may not be eligible for return for health and safety reasons.

Approved returns may be replaced or refunded after inspection. Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by us. Refund timing depends on the payment method.
